Two platforms, two different audiences, the same verdict. Guests single out the location above all, handy for the Vatican and the metro.
Leonardo's apartment was absolutely beautiful and the view was breathtaking. It is only a 10-minute walk from the Vatican and one street away from a trattoria that makes the best pasta! It is very close to the metro, which makes it easy to reach places like the Colosseum and other sights. Leonardo is a very kind host, he always replies quickly and is always ready to help with any question.

We had a pleasant stay in Leonardo's apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean, air-conditioned and in a welcoming but quiet neighbourhood, very close to the Vatican. On arrival Leonardo gave us clear instructions and we really appreciated the warm welcome. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Rome and feel at home at the same time.

We chose this place because it is close to the Vatican, as we wanted to go there early in the morning. The apartment is clean, welcoming, comfortable and makes you feel at home. It was warm in winter and there are plenty of blankets and pillows. Air conditioning too. You can make tea and coffee in the kitchen. It was my second time in Rome and this is the best location to stay in. It is a wealthier area, with clean and beautiful buildings. Nearby there is a bar with incredible croissants, plus a grocery shop 3 minutes away. There is a large table you can use to work remotely. And the last thing is that the host Leo was a very helpful, friendly and open person. He also let us check in early, welcomed us outside, showed us around the house and gave us tips about the city.

A very nice apartment in a central, quiet and well-kept part of Prati. The Vatican and all the other sights are easy to reach from here, on foot, by bus or even by metro.

I really enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend the apartment! The host's hospitality made all the difference. He was incredibly welcoming, thoughtful and available throughout my stay, always ready whenever I needed anything. He was also very understanding and flexible with timings, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely come back!

The stay was fantastic. Leonardo was very helpful and was waiting for us even though our flight was two hours late. One thing to note is that there is no lift and it is on the 3rd floor. For us it is not a problem, but perhaps for someone it is.

From Fiumicino the easiest way is the train to Roma Termini and then metro line A to Ottaviano, 500 metres from the apartment. A taxi costs more than the fixed fare to the centre, because the apartment is outside the Aurelian Walls.
